Founded in 2020, King Building Group has grown to become a trusted name in the industry, servicing clients across Gadigal, Darkinjung and Dharawal country (Sydney, Central Coast and the Illawarra regions).

Dean King
DIRECTOR
Dean brings more than 20 years industry experience across residential, commercial and high-end architectural builds, most recently working on sustainable and off-grid projects.
Dean started his building career as a carpentry apprentice working for a commercial builder which saw him travel the east coast of Australia building well known restaurants and public space infrastructure. Dean then went on to work for a luxury home builder in Sydney before starting his own residential building business in 2013.
Dean was born and raised in Sydney and spends his spare time with his young family playing cricket, football and working on his surf skills.

Ben Clifford
DIRECTOR
Ben Brings 28 years of industry experience to King Building Group with more than 20 years spent in the commercial sector in roles including site foreman, project manager, design manager and estimator.
Ben started his career as an apprentice carpenter and worked his way through the ranks as a leading hand and then site foreman. After spending 10 years gaining site experience he moved into project management before becoming an Estimator.
Ben brings extensive commercial building experience, including new commercial builds and refurbishments valued up to $10+ million.
With three teenage boys Ben spends his spare time at local football games and out on the boat having a flick.
